ABOUT THE FOUNDER
This very efficient and highly organized young
woman earned her Masters Degree in
Human Resource Development at the
University of Twente in The Netherlands
(Holland) in 2003. She has always had a
penchant for continued learning and
development of people in the workplace.
However, this inclination was more deeply
cemented after she conducted a thorough
research for her Masters Thesis on the Cost
& Efficiency of Blended Learning. From this
research she developed a tool for course
designers at the Shell Learning Centre in the
Netherlands to compare the costs and
benefits of using different learning modalities
in the workplace to ensure effective learning.
She has years of supervisory management
experience and has lectured at a tertiary level
in Diploma & Bachelor of Science
programmes in Human Resource
Management. She is empowered with the
skills, knowledge, and experience to
permanently and positively change the way
people execute their functions in the
workplace.
